Exercise builds up quite an appetite. So eating properly is crucial. Our chefs at the hotel in Hopfgarten place great value on high-quality cooking in their meals, and they have come up with both the Energy half board as well as a delicious à la carte menu in our eatery.
The restaurant opens at 7.00am, and breakfast is served until 10.00am so that those who fancy a lie-in can have one. Our 5-course evening menu as part of the Energy half board is served from 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Once a week we spoil
you with a themed buffet.
The eatery offers typical Tyrolean hospitality and is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 11.00am to 11.00pm. Our chefs rustle up their wonderful dishes right through from 11.30am to 9.30pm. They take pride in using ingredients from the local area.
Whether it’s Wiener veal schnitzel or traditional Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen (a half-moon shaped pasta), the local products we use will have you licking your lips.
And Sundays and public holidays are roast day. At midday on the dot, our chef Rupert gets one of his locally sourced roasts out of the oven – while stocks last!
In the eatery we also have a cosy little parlour, constructed using Swiss stone pine.
It’s the perfect place for a party, whether it’s your grandmother’s 80th, celebrating your graduation, wedding, birthday, anniversary, passing your driving test... you’ll find a reason!
