General very good. We loved the one lady in the restaurant/bar (she was 52 as well), she and the Dutch receptionist are both outstanding! Points for improvement: - receptionist 1 was unable to confirm our transfer to Wörgl initially and did not ask our roomnumber and was pushing back to take the train. Later on it was no problem. - The bartender had two tables to attend to and was not giving us any attention. He was busy and had his full attention on a colleague he was flirting with. When we asked for the bill we saw double the price for the Armagnac. He said he had given us a double shot and claimed that we drank it. Unacceptable to serve and charge a double shot without checking beforehand. Rude to claim that have to pay because we drank it. Luckily we this was our last night because I never want to experience that again. - The food in the restaurant was not always fit for pre-preparation. Salmon was overcooked, there was a wrap with filling that had filled up with moist from the filling and in general all the cold courses where way to cold. - Some of staff in the restaurant are really good. They take orders, but the runners do not know what is on the plait. When we asked what the antipasti consisted of, when it was served, the answer was…. eh antipasti… - We would have loved a water refreshment each day - one bottle for four nights did not meet our requirements. Being so close to the restaurant, made up for not having coffee or tea in the room. We just went to get it in the morning. Again in general very good stay, but when improved, our stay would have been excellent.

Hotel in general is very good and with good location. Booking and arrangements to change our booking worked very well (our child couldn't come with us). Your promise of 10% discount for those who arrive by train didn't work and your reception staff told us unclear explanations. You can't change the rules during the game, please do that if the game is over. And you accepted the discount for one of our families (there were 3 families of us) and not for remaining ones. This was disappointment.

Almost everything was great but the restaurant was not top standard. There was a bit of ambiguity about the serving in the evening. We were a larger group and we got different information depending on who you asked. We also thought it was ridiculous to charge 6 euros for a bottle of tap water. It should be included when you stay at the hotel.
