Besides exercise and regeneration, nutrition is the third pillar in our holistic Move & Relax philosophy. We start our day at 07:00 in the restaurant for breakfast – served until 10:00 for those wanting a long lie. Our 5-course evening menu on the energy half board option is served from 18:30 to 21:00. And once a week, we treat you to a themed buffet.
Our hotel bar is open from 14:00 to 01:00 and feels like a large living room – thanks to the cosy lounge and library area. This is where hotel guests and locals alike meet for an aperitif, to play a game of backgammon or to have a cocktail. In any event, it’s a pleasant way to round off the day ...
Our hotel restaurant reopens with more than a fresh lick of paint from the start of December. In the new BRIXX restaurant, we will be serving up friends of fine dining with local specialities – freshly prepared with regional produce from the beautiful Brixental valley. In keeping with the holistic Move & Relax concept, there are also light, vitality nutrition meals on the evening menu. Our daytime menu spans even more of the culinary spectrum with delicious food that makes sure you get the right refuelling when you make a pit-stop from those winter sports.
Typical Tyrolean specialities and traditional delicacies come freshly prepared in our Tyrolean guest house. It's “aprons on” for our kitchen team for continuous service from 11.30 until 18.00. Top Tip: our traditional pine-panelled dining room is also a great place to celebrate, whether it's grandma's 80th, an engagement, wedding, Christmas party, the first snowfall of the year ... there’s always an excuse!
