Review:
The hotel is well located, the rooms are well equipped and the food is of good quality. Staff is very friendly. The only thing that we did not appreciate was the fact that we did not feel secured with the current Covid19 conditions. The guests (and some of the staff) were not wearing masks at the breakfast which was served buffet-style. No dedicated staff was looking at the hand cleaning and cuttlery at the breakfast and coffee machines were not desinfected regularly. As you are having international and Austrian guests stricter measures should be taken. For the services delivered we found the price of our stay on the high end.

A very nice location. Perfect pools. Excellent food and waiters Maybe a little bit too many loud small children at the pool area the second week. Was not really relax all the screaming and jumping in the water. But that’s only a small remark. We had a beautiful time and will be back one day for sure. Kind regards Kris Ann Yarno De Winter

Overall experience was good, but some comments: 1) There were female hairs on the middle of the floor of the toilet, after cleaning... 2) During breakfast and dinner, it is impossible to maintain safe distance. I sincerely hope that an infected person doesn't stay as a guest. Very likely more guests will be infected and your hotel will be closed... 3) Not relevant for me, but most of the E-vehicle charge parking places, are used by non E-vehicles, because people are too lazy to park 5 meters further away.
