We prefer it if you can provide your feedback directly to us at the hotel because that way we can say THANK YOU personally ... or react straight away if there is a problem. Online feedback is okay too – we know that this is the only way we can keep on improving. And that is our stated goal.

The overall experience for this third stay was great just like the two times before! We already requested an offer for next year. We do have some comments this time. As already mentioned at check-out and also at the reception of Move&Relax, our Spa experience was disappointing this time. This is mainly caused by the fact that guests don't follow the rules and personnel does not take action. There were a lot of people wearing swimwear in the saunas, bringing alcohol, taking their cell phones with them and speaking loud through these phones. Also some boys (over 16?), who obviously were not used to go to the sauna, were constantly playing around with their phones. Empty and full cups were left behind when their owners were leaving. On another note we thought it was not correct for guests to join the dinner in ski clothes and wearing hats/caps. During one of our dinners one of us was even hit on her behind by one of these half-drunk, ski cloths-wearing guests. Unacceptable! We do realise that you can't control reservations up front and bad behaviour often has already happened before being corrected. In order to keep up the great experience and the value of a stay in a resort with the standards and services that you offer, we would recommend to secure this and better manage expectations of guests who may not quite understand how to live up to these standards.
Its a nice hotel. Clean and relaxing. Spa is nice as well. I recomend to everybody
